ISS Governance has been in the business for a long time and has been steady, so in terms of job security it is good. Different training sessions are conducted year round, mostly related to your work profile. Participation in outside conferences, sessions is poor. Salary and appraisal is pretty much steady and increment(excess) depends on the company performance.

Dislikes

Not much innovation, as most projects are related to maintenance and small client requested enhancements. Only a couple teams are working on building new stuff and experimenting. Office politics plays a major role. Work-life balance for some teams is poor.
