The work life balance is amazing. In terms of skill growth there's a huge scope. Medical Insurance is pretty good too.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are pretty basic. Nothing enticing for skilled freshers. There's a lack of procedures and protocols for certain situations which I'm sure will be established as it's a young company.
