I have been working with Instellars for the past two years, and it is an excellent company in terms of motivating and engaging with employees. Both the CEO and COO are incredibly supportive and approachable. I directly report to the COO, who consistently teaches us new methods and actively works alongside us every step of the way. Similarly, the CEO is highly supportive and always available when needed, even during holidays or weekends.
