MY EXPERIENCE WITH INSPIRISYS SOLUTION LTD AT ROURKEL (RSP) WAS NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE. THE MANAGEMENT IS RIFE WITH FRAUDULENT INDIVIDUALS HOLDING FAKE GEGREES. SHOCKING MOST OF THEM ARE UNDERGRADUATES. THIS SETS THE STAGE FOR AN ENVIROMENT STEEPED IN DECEIT AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. POLITICS RUNS RAMPANT AT EVERY CORNER WITH OUTSIDERS WIELDING UNDUE INFLUENCE. IF YOU ARE SEEKING CONFIRMATION OR SALARY HIKE , FORGET ABOUT IT, ITS SIMPLY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
