Nothing to like only sharing my experience one of the worst company in our country. I'm highly disappointed the way they are treating their employees. Salary delayed for more than 4 months or more there is no date for salary even they are not releasing fnf for the employees who left the organization. All this because the owner diverted public and invester money into their account highly toxic and unethical company not recommended even they offer you on 200% hike....Read More

While working at inox wind I had a lot of fun. I use to roam around cities for work that can be done by virtue media also. But the management is desperate to let you have fun. Work is going on as usual. No one cares if you do or don’t do. It’s up to you. And you don’t have to think about your salary. It will credit to your account at about 3 months intervals. No one cares if you come to the office, not come to the office. So it's totally fun. Everyone should experience this fun. Because there is no life without fun. All the best....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
