- All team members are good to each other there is no senior - Junior politics here. - Too many opportunities to learn and grow.

- Any functions celebrated are celebrated in non-working hours or asked to celebrate on week offs. - Appraisal & promotions are not done in the professional process no doubt your expectations are considered and offered competitive appraisals but there is no proper process.
