Working with US clients like Synopsys was a great experience. But they removed talented people and kept hem limited within their talks and do not share the things to higher authorities. One day I had included CEO in mail, but they rusticated and indulged me out of Innowise despite of my sincere work!

10% of my salary was withheld according to the company policy. This is done every year. It was credited back to me after completing 1 year and it was called as bonus in my payslip. Very weird policy these guys follow. Lack of core domain projects. Only RPA projects. Odd shift timings, if you work in the support project, you will be working 10+ hours every single day. If the company is doing good, these guys do not give out any "BONUS" above and beyond the on paper CTC. You will only get what you have on papers. Biased rewards and recognition.
