Innovspatial (Joined Dec 2022) I Joined innovspatial in December 2022, and right from my first day, i was excited. The CEO (Hemanth) is a great mentor and feels like family, along with his wife Sureka, who is very kind and supportive. Work Experience: I enjoyed collaborating with everyone and handling HR tasks like Onboarding and Induction. The Management is supportive, which made my work experience really positive. Work Culture & Timings: General : 10am to 7:30pm Morning: 6am to 3:30pm Evening : 3:30pm to 1am It's a 5-Days Work a week, and Saturday depend on the Workload. The Work culture is friendly, and they provide great training for interns. Salary: Unlike some MNCs that delay the first salary, Innovspatial always credits the salary on the first day of every month, which was great Colleagues & teamwork: I had a great time working with my mangers, Rajesh and Javeed, and made memorable friendships with Ramya, Prudhvi, Priya, Keerthana, and may others.
