Innovspatial (Joined Dec 2022) I Joined innovspatial in December 2022, and right from my first day, i was excited. The CEO (Hemanth) is a great mentor and feels like family, along with his wife Sureka, who is very kind and supportive. Work Experience: I enjoyed collaborating with everyone and handling HR tasks like Onboarding and Induction. The Management is supportive, which made my work experience really positive. Work Culture & Timings: General : 10am to 7:30pm Morning: 6am to 3:30pm Evening : 3:30pm to 1am It's a 5-Days Work a week, and Saturday depend on the Workload. The Work culture is friendly, and they provide great training for interns. Salary: Unlike some MNCs that delay the first salary, Innovspatial always credits the salary on the first day of every month, which was great Colleagues & teamwork: I had a great time working with my mangers, Rajesh and Javeed, and made memorable friendships with Ramya, Prudhvi, Priya, Keerthana, and may others. It is one of the best companies in india to start career, it takes good care of its people, it is a very employee centric company and has good work life balance.

Nothing to dislike, one of the best companies to work with, very supportive management, friendly work environment, only thing to dislike is workplace which is very faraway.
