Innovspatial (Joined Dec 2022) I Joined innovspatial in December 2022, and right from my first day, i was excited. The CEO (Hemanth) is a great mentor and feels like family, along with his wife Sureka, who is very kind and supportive. Work Experience: I enjoyed collaborating with everyone and handling HR tasks like Onboarding and Induction. The Management is supportive, which made my work experience really positive. Work Culture & Timings: General : 10am to 7:30pm Morning: 6am to 3:30pm Evening : 3:30pm to 1am It's a 5-Days Work a week, and Saturday depend on the Workload. The Work culture is friendly, and they provide great training for interns. Salary: Unlike some MNCs that delay the first salary, Innovspatial always credits the salary on the first day of every month, which was great Colleagues & teamwork: I had a great time working with my mangers, Rajesh and Javeed, and made memorable friendships with Ramya, Prudhvi, Priya, Keerthana, and may others. Good working environment. Teammates are supportive. A place to improve good knowledge in Revit software. They work on both Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM Projects. Salaries will be processed on time. They give hikes.

Every BIM Modeller should know modelling in both Arch and Mep.

Iam working here as a Team Lead. I assign a work targets for employees and make projects to complete on time, I will do file conversions and I feel free to clarify doubts.
