It is one of the best companies in india to start career, it takes good care of its people, it is a very employee centric company and has good work life balance.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, one of the best companies to work with, very supportive management, friendly work environment, only thing to dislike is workplace which is very faraway.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
