Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary: Unlike some MNCs that delay the first salary, Innovspatial always credits the salary on the first day of every month, which was great Colleagues & teamwork: I had a great time working with my mangers, Rajesh and Javeed, and made memorable friendships with Ramya, Prudhvi, Priya, Keerthana, and may others. Everyone was really friendly and supportive. overall, innovspatial gave me a wonderful experience, and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for positive work environment.

Good working environment. Teammates are supportive. A place to improve good knowledge in Revit software. They work on both Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM Projects. Salaries will be processed on time. They give hikes.
