No growth opportunities Projects are very limited Especially Centene projects are boring They will run the show by onboarding huge number of people. But, gradually work force reduction happens.

Pathetic/Toxic environment. micro management, they have promoted those people who doesn't have any knowledge about leadership and they are firing employees so their job could be safe. I will never recommend anybody to work in this company.

My project is good in terms of work life balance

All the projects innova solution have are of very small. No project is having more than 10 member team. Only huge project in the organisation is Centene, and they make the project members work for all 7 days

They can lay off whenever needed. Job security is not there. Politics is there but thats in every org. Single person handling multiple task without proper increment. I dont recommend people joining there but if you do i would say, stay for shorter time There working system is also out dated. Software used is outdated and manual task is at its peak. Very good learning is there. Projects are good. Salary is on time. Managers and vice presidents are friendly and professional.
