I got a termination letter when I was on leave . They send me showcase notice twice when I was on leave. They asked for approval mail of client for your leave. I discussed with client regarding my planned leave and they approved it verbally. I thought it is ok to take leaves for my kids birthday . Mean time they sent me show cause notice for my leave and I did not see it as promised I reached to Hyderabad , and when I saw my personal email I was terminated . Internal politics for hikes,promotions No rewards & recognition You need to strech/extend for 3 to 4 hours daily Work culture is bad To many Followups to be done So much of client involvement in every aspect of daily routine Too much of Calls like a call center

Pathetic/Toxic environment. micro management, they have promoted those people who doesn't have any knowledge about leadership and they are firing employees so their job could be safe. I will never recommend anybody to work in this company.

All the projects innova solution have are of very small. No project is having more than 10 member team. Only huge project in the organisation is Centene, and they make the project members work for all 7 days

Nothing. No benefits, no job security and no work life balance. Please do not join this company.

Toxic environment. Manager threatens you if you wont work on weekends. No HR control. Stress, stress and stress. You never know wen they will initiate the PIP for you. Be aware before join this company. You have to work atleast 12-14 hrs daily and also on weekends. Worst culture. No benefit no good salary. No client based project.

I dont recommend people joining there but if you do i would say, stay for shorter time There working system is also out dated. Software used is outdated and manual task is at its peak. The managers are very poor in managing the team, never have i ever seen someone at even director level to be so self centred and selfish and only thinking about their promoting by taking work out of their employees. No appraisal or even appreciation of work. there is no name of bonus at all. The team lead and managers were from samestate so they took benefit from others by only giving work to others and not doing anything themselves. Very poor work environment....Read More
