Its a service based company and we are working on client side. But Innominds management is good and supportive.

Dislikes

If you are on bench and your notice period is 3 month, Company will provide only 1 month time to get selected in other projects if you are not assigned with different project then company will force you leave the organisation within a month though your notice period is 3 months. I have seen with my teammates who had gone through the same situation.
