Only Flexible work timings.

Dislikes

There are many things to dislike here such as appraisal / hikes, worst bench policies, poor management, bad higher authorities twisting the rules and regulations for their benefits, internal politics and favourism, No recognition for skilled person.

The only advantage is it has clients like Qualcomm and Microsoft.

Dislikes

there are many, they wont treat their employees who are working at clients, also Innominds is very bad at giving their employees proper appraisals. Despite of their best efforts, they have to work under hectic schedules, they are paid less than the market.
