Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Salary and bonus is good. Specifically for freshers in risk. No such skill apart of Advance excel is required. Therefore good place to start with. Seniors and core management are cooperative.(can be subjective as my manager was really nice). Job security is there as risk Reporting is booming and Innocap is one of the biggest in this. Working hours are not good. 10-12 hrs on average you have to sit, even more than that sometimes. Alternate work system is also there when there is less work pressure but still you would be doing other pending stuff. No flexibility with work as nature of the job requires to follow strict SLA's.
