This company is working all cutting edge technology and having benefit to learn new tech stack. I work as React Native mobile app developer and had a very wonderful experience . They always listen your feedback and work around that. I also had chancer to have end to end client communication which helps me lot my personality.

They need to work in HR department.

I was directly working with end client team and had daily scrum meeting. I was developing entire mobile app with single hand. Almost worked 4 years with InnoApps.

This company mainly working on cutting edge technology which is the future of technology. They work on Start-Up & Enterprise level clients which is good to learn. Work hours are flexible and management is very friendly which is a good thing.

Dislikes

I think they need a lot to improve in the HR department which is very slow and unresponsive.

The environment here is quite friendly, so you can directly approach your seniors and discuss them regarding anything. You get to work on really challenging projects related to every field especially Crypto, which helps in your career growth.

There is nothing to really dislike actually, but yeah adding trips to busy schedule could help!

My schedule is slightly challenging, from taking calls with clients to doing UX research and eventually designing. Regular day consists of talking to devs and providing them with required things (Developer Handoffs).
