I really enjoy the young work environment here. Coffee & tea breaks are great way to recharge. The higher management is approachable & helpful. The teamwork & small, big celebrations are a bonus.

Skill Development - Learning through work and trainings. 4. Visibility of yours with Higher people in your department. 5. Appreciations and Recommendations from Higher People's.

All things have Pros and Cons so inMorphis has some cons. that I personally mean it:- 1. Minimal Employee Benefit Policies. 2. Moderate Salary Hike/Appraisal 3. Struggling in maintaining Work-life balance.

There is nothing to like in inMorphis except few co-workers.

Dislikes

No Job Security, No value of your POV, No Appreciation. At the time of Appraisal they will count you your lows only and never guide to improve yourself. Dirty politics in the organization which ruins many hard working employees life or carrier. They will force you to put resignation once they found a better option than you. No work life balance and the main thing is there is no Job security.
