Dont do the mistake joining this company they will only take you serious when put paper. Your weekends will be gone, wont be allowed to switch to projects.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, HR policies are made overnight and u have to pay bond amount even of u serve 3 months notice period. Salary will go on hold for 3 months

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
