There is no traning to improve our skils and nothing to learn

I workd as a contractor so I hardly go to Inknowtech Office Inknowtech manager is good but every thing is depand on your contract location manager

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
