Incompetent manager displaying abysmal management/leadership skills, fostering favoritism within the team. Discrepencies in hikes and opportunities, evident favoritism. HR department is utterly useless. Poor office infrastructure further exacerbates working conditions.

It's a billion dollar company but no one would heard off. It looks like a startup so that you can work on many different things and understand the concepts

Since the culture looks like a startup, initially they put you in different project which is not your role we have hired for. Then they compare it with the people who are already working on that skill and tell you to develop more in shorter time. They will rate your work like how many ticket u have closed and not on how effectivelyu have closed them. They always look on numbers not on the level of work you have provided.
