Think of all negative reviews before joining. HR pushes their employees to put positive review on the public portals. Initially everything will be good.
Most of the employees are freshers or coming from smaller organization hence they don't have idea about how actual SAP firm works. Be ready to get fired anytime without serving the complete notice period.
Dislikes
No management team but is lead by a single person. Hence new idea and thoughts dont penetrate.
No standard methodology followed to approach the client or projects for implementation (not many in their kitty) and AMS projects both. KT documents from the client are not shared with the employees. No team management.
There are 2 groups of managers. Resource under one manager cant approach other manager for work bcos loyalty to manager is more important than our careers and skills. (Owner is aware of this behavior in organization). These managers assign the resource to the projects according to employees level of loyalty towards them. (NO RESOURCE MANAGER TO KEEP RECORDS OF RESUME OF EMPLOYEES ACCORDING TO THE SKILL SETS).. If loyalty changes the employees is ignored and not given work. So employees chat with managers outside office and office hours, meet for coffee, smoke with managers, girls dress nice...etc
HR- They are the worst possible human being working in this organization. No humanity bcos i saw a experienced, loyal employee who had injury on one hand, bruises on other hand, bruises on knees and parts of head covered in bandages coming to office to serve notice period even after the medical documents were provided. Exception could have been possible in such case. Employee is harassed even on notice period. Employees are fired without giving proper reasons and not allowed to serve 3 month notice period. No rational logic are accepted by higher management and HR. No money reimbursement of leaves. THE MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER TO EMPLOYEE IS PASSED WITH PERFECT INACCURACY BY HR's. Hence need to re-check again with the other employee who is closely associated with owner.
THE ORGANIZATIONAL POLICY IS TWISTED AND MOLDED SPECIALLY FOR RELATIVES /WIVES/BROTHER /SISTERS/NEPOTISTIC EMPLOYEE.
The wives, sisters of managers working in the organization are given unsaid benefit by HR's stating logic that managers have approved it we cant do anything. Its all in hand of managers so talk to them or owner.(e.g. WFH during festivals, giving them new skills associated work, pushing their false resume to the clients, extending the WFH after delivery with no decided time limits this affects project work, giving more salary raise..etc). Unfortunately this is happening under rule of HR team lead by a women herself (she was previously associated with Persistent technologies).
If we go to HR's stating that managers are not assigning work, they will ask you to resign the very next day stating the reason like currently there is no projects, we need experienced employee, you haven't work on that skill/technology so cant assign you the work etc.. The budding TEAM LEADS and senior consultant are COPY-PASTE IMAGES of their managers.
Nepotism, Groupism, Bullying, setting/spreading Toxic and fake narrative for every employee is a ritual here and this have gone deep in the bones of the organization as most of the employees are relatives of each other like brother, sister, uncles, cousins, family friends etc. The fake narratives are made and spread by the related employee or seniors/manager, this affects the psyche of the other employee, as well as affect the decision of assigning him/her to project/work.. As most of employees are relatives hence they have upper hand in the organization.(including HR's and upper management). The related employee unofficially takes charge of the project/work and this creates a lot of communication gap, personal conflicts in the team e.g. If anything goes wrong it is due to unrelated employee and all the good things happen due to related employee..
Employee's goals dont align with the goals of organization. No equal opportunity opportunity to grow and learn because wives, sister, brother relatives are assigned to the project of their husband, brothers, cousins, relatives.
The employee resume's with incorrect experience are pushed to the clients for onsite works while other employees are given reason that the experience required was 5 years, no budget,. etc.
Managers talk in loud voices with their juniors on floor resulting in insulting and exerting power on them instead of guiding them. The manager dont understand the difference between criticism and feedback.
Managers are more interested in personal lives of group members so this can be used against the employees like forcing to over work, your spouse is also working hence you can do with less salary hike, ur wife is not at home so go on client site or work extra hours..etc
No good salary package.
Working in organization with such culture will waste the skills, talent, peace of mind, self-respect in exchange of satisfying the ego's of relatives, power-dynamics, non -logical , unrational thinking.....Read More
