In last 2 years- 1. I have not got any salary increment. 2. I have not got any progression/promotion. Learning Opportunity- We hardly get weekend time other than work to learn and for that they have provided lex portal, which is worse. Better would be if they provide Udemy courses. Work Life Balance are just 3 words for the people who are on project. I mean people are bench sits ideal for whole day long. Nothing, they give you not good projects where there is no growth. No skill development they are hiring for projects and they do not care about their employees and fun fact is that you will be with them for more than one year but they put you in probabation for that period so that you are not eligible for any appraisal no matter how hard you work. Then when you get permanent they do not provide you rating more than 3.5 unless you have done very extra work. They treat you like majdoor. Just bandhua majdoor. And pay 22k in such a time where you get tomatoes for 200 and living expenses are more than that. They should increase the minimum salary and decrease the probabation period but since. They getting cheap labours they will never do the same. Never join Infosys if you ever get the chance to join it....Read More

Fake urgency of work, irrelevant work assignment, Unrealistic deadlines, more work load with under paid salary package equals to more stress, Infosys focus more on the variable salary component which is never paid 100 percent hence monthly in-hand salary is not fair Managers require to work over time and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines which is never appreciated nor paid

No salary hikes , promotion and the environment does not value the employee. Promotion doesn't take place even after clearing the mandatory exams. Work from office is mandatory.No allowance extra working hours, shift timing doesn't set with the office timing especially for women employee.No work life balance.

The learning opportunities are diverse at Infosys, so suggesting only freshers go for Infosys. For lateral there is not much growth.Even some folks with more than 12 years of experience are still at lead post, while the people with even only around 10 years of experience are working as Managers or at least Assistant Manager .

Dislikes

The work culture, growth, compensation and employee benefits are almost nothing as compared to product based companies.

Learned a lot from the projects, but due to current recession scenario no projects are available currently. Given a good mixture of WLB.

No clear employee appraisal policies. Salary is the lowest in the whole industry. They will still treat you like a freshers after 2.5 years.
