Will make you overwork, they didn't even give regular holidays sighting that it was new project but it has been more than an year still no change, forget weekends no extra pay, no growth, management promotes overworking, micromanagement, damaging health, no flexibility was provided, terrible team leads with no knowledge. Had a really bad experience here.

Very bad politics in infosys, Lack of promotion and Hike, demotivated mangers and floor process, Fake appraisal review took and benefit will get only limited people, No use to prove senior with required data point for correct thing. Work- life balance, Bossy Culture, South Indian dominance, Company Culture, Very Rude Senior Management who only shouts during Meeting, No increments, No Skill development Management only talks about we have to win deals, AVP’s create a toxic environment by scheduling calls on Saturday and Sunday and shouts on them.

Nothing is good here. Employees have to face money related exploitation , work culture humiliation, specially targeting feature. Employee are forced to work out of their limits. Nil! No minimal inspiration to go to work. Atmosphere created in Infosys is very bad, although that not be the same in all the teams in Infosys.

No work life balance. Used to work whole day from 10.30 am to 8.00 pm & again used to work after coming home till midnight 3 am. Once, I worked for whole night and again went to office next day, yet I got response from my manager that it's my pending work so I've done it and he didn't care. It was the work which was pending since I join the process.
