Everything is a disaster. No hike, no proper promotions. You need to be of the same state and need to favour Manager legs. Too much of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.

There is no work life balance.leaders keep calling you even after working hours and ask to work on weekends.. they only promis to give comp offs but never really approve it . There is no scope of learning .. Also the floor is very dusty , all common areas are also unclean washrooms are also very much unclean and unhygienic..

Infosys is very strict in Background verification if candidates fails to provide any required documents they will not onboard you. Also here is no pearks and additional benefits eg for transportation and meals we are required to pay from our pocket. Even employees working in night shift gets very less NSA as compared to other companies.

Managers are very disgusting. They do flirt with team members .they use power of being manager .I have been worked there for 5 years. But manager was very third class. They like who will do oiling buttering . Talent and skill doesn't matter

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

Terrible and toxic work culture. After leaving the organization also the team has not provided my documents and its been more than 60 days I am chasing them but not getting any proper response. Though I have inform them that I need to submit my doc. to the current organization still they are not providing my reliving letter. Its one of the worst company I have ever worked with.

It was a good work life balance, good job security, it was like a government job at low package salary,

Less perfomer gets the promotion and hikes, where top performer would be felt left out, 0% salary hike, hardly promote existing employee rather hires from out side. Junior gets hire at higher packages but no hikes to the existing, diligent employees.

there are many manager is not good. they always support only related persons. there are political games in process. Manager give appraisal rating is vert low if employee work with dedicated and not promoted the employee. there are not give the work from home and not hybrid process. there are employee want feel work with family but floor environment is not good.
