I have learned a lot at this place. Its a pleasure to work alongside few wonderful individuals who are so good at what they do and grow along with them. It's the vision of these folks that is truly outstanding. The CEO is the most passionate individual I have ever come across.

Dislikes

Organization should consider parting ways with individuals who seek an effortless job and show little commitment to their own personal development. It is not an optimal place to work for individuals who lack clear career aspirations. Such people create obstruction to the high performing individuals.

Salary delay and from last 3 month no one received the salary and even didn't get the incentive ever. Seniors are not supportive. Whenever u ask to salary they only talk about coming targets and losses of company. Full wastage company.

Like most other early stage startups lots of scope to experiment and grow. Good support from the team and management to work on new ideas and initiatives. Much better than my previous job where I had to work in a large company but very limited role to specific platforms or campaigns only

Dislikes

Tough and demanding work environment like any startup. Lots of campaigns going on so managing sometimes can be challenging. Decent budget for campaign but can be improved

I am really thankful to ITLH to give me the opportunity to learn and grow ,i have learned alot in a very short time.I am surprised by few of the comments here, i do feel management is responsible for it,as they have been overly considerate, they should act fast, especially on people who do not have any intend towards contributing anything of value.

The Manager will appreciate all your work throughout the probationary period. But as soon as the probation periods gets over the employee will not receive any clear communication regarding their job role expectation. They seemingly expected employees to possess an innate ability to decipher their message while conveniently omitting the crucial information. It's almost impressive how skilled they were at making us feel like mind readers. The founder and co-founders seemed to lack synergy and direction. Every single day their brief is changing regarding the brand. Their vision strategies often appeared to be odds, which added overall confusion to the employees. They are so confused that they asked employee to work on one project and once employee almost about to finish the project they change the brief. Oh and the level of approvals are never ending. Job security is major concern in this organistaion. Layoffs can happen anytime. They do not recognise or appreciate the employees hard work and dedication. They can simply tell you good bye without giving you any reason or discussing the concern with you!!...Read More

Your performance is left on the mercy of what Cofounders feel about you even though you achieve targets 7. Employees pay the price for Cofounder's goof ups 8. Attrition rate is very very high
