The work culture, and management are very good. However since it is a small organization the management is always in a rush I feel. Also, there are very less incentive opportunities. As a fresher, this is great place to start your career in corporate in but there is no professionalism I feel. They believe in building connections andfamily which is good in the start but after a point of time it is not very suitable to run for a long time. There are no growth opportunities. They are not understanding that providing only 1 course will not be beneficial to the other employees who are working for the same. It is not helping in any way. Their students are also not very good to give them jobs of 4-5LPA....Read More

No opportunities for growth, no proper method of onboarding/offboarding, biaseness, no proper introduction in the induction, no knowledge of terms and conditions applied. Do as they want and please, can change methods and regulations as and when they want. Not at all recommended to experienced people.

The support from the managers and leadership is quite good, definitely better than my previous employers. I think the training provided to the new joiners is very, very helpful for freshers and people with limited experience like me. Young and fun team, driven workforce, and a lot of flexibility and understanding regarding timings, work environment, and targets.

Sometimes there are logistics issues with the office building but it feels better now. There was some attrition at the beginning which concerned me from a job security point of view but it is stable now since the company is keeping and growing all the people who perform well.

The Manager will appreciate all your work throughout the probationary period. But as soon as the probation periods gets over the employee will not receive any clear communication regarding their job role expectation. They seemingly expected employees to possess an innate ability to decipher their message while conveniently omitting the crucial information. It's almost impressive how skilled they were at making us feel like mind readers. The founder and co-founders seemed to lack synergy and direction. Every single day their brief is changing regarding the brand. Their vision strategies often appeared to be odds, which added overall confusion to the employees. They are so confused that they asked employee to work on one project and once employee almost about to finish the project they change the brief. Oh and the level of approvals are never ending.
