First and foremost company timings is very flexible, good energetic team, company is always open to innovative ideas, can balance well between work and family life, there is stagnancy in salary matter. Otherwise staff are really good.

Dislikes

There is no cab facility by the company and I feel they should provide more hike. As most of the employees that I have noticed are equally humble, loyal, talented, motivated and hardworkers.

Actually there is no much pressure, but depending on the availability of different project work one has to work accordingly with accuracy and has to be submitted within scheduled time.

They will replace with new PC, additional team members when asked, they don't pressurize employees, friendly work atmosphere, week end holidays, immediate rectification of any physical damage caused to working area, etc.

I have worked 5yrs in this organization.. It was very nice working here. Learned a lot of excel skills. Company is like a family and employees orinted. Enjoyed every moment in the company

Lack of proper infrastructure. Suffient Time for completion of tasks.
