1)I like the Work Environment which is Very Much Toxic. The Seniors Treat juniors as if the Junior are their Compititor and No Development and No Growth. 2) No opportunity for Growing skills and learning new Technologies. 3) Only Blaming Games Played for any Mistake, done from seniors over Juniors. 4) They Tell they will Provide training for Juniors for About 3 months, but Here the Situation is that Seniors who need to Train the Juniors they just see whether the Juniors are being able to do the Work Completely without any single mistake.
