Dislikes

No one will give you proper instructions or training, but if somthing goes wrong they will be how many times do we have to tell you this or that. You will be blamed for everything related to your work if something goes wrong, but not for anything you did good. The boss himself is a acts that way.

The job is very interesting, amazing place for freshers. Seniors are quite helpful. In the beginning, I struggled a bit as there was no formal training session but later on with the help of seniors and Team Leader, everything is fine.
