I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. No one will give you proper instructions or training, but if somthing goes wrong they will be how many times do we have to tell you this or that. You will be blamed for everything related to your work if something goes wrong, but not for anything you did good. The boss himself is a acts that way.
