The way I get an exposure of the corporate world is phenomenal. It was my first job and I had a good experience, learned multiple things which I shouldn't have learnt at other organisation. Had to left the job due to personal reasons, but it was a really nice experience.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
