Work Life Balance was not good. i was working around 12 Hrs per day and my compensation was very less as per market standard. I was getting good rating (as per my Manager) but was not promoted.

Do not work with this company especially on contract. If you are lucky you will get salary on time otherwise you will have to fight for your salary. Also there is no or poor coordination between HR, admin and their contractor vendor company. Management is poor and immature. Same is HR and admin. No proper processes and procedures. Very few clients and projects. Project management is poor. Quality of work and processes are poor. You will not learn anything good here. Poor growth and appraisal. Hire and fire.
