Honestly, I would say I haven't seen any bad side of this company, apart from a bit of work pressure and I believe that is good for everyone to excel in their career and O would say it is a win-win situation, you work hard company will recognize you and will reward you and simultaneously company is also in a state to deliver the best services to their customers.

No, work life balance is terrible. Project manager is very rude and unprofessional towards his employees. Work culture is not upto the mark. Senior support is negligible even team lead is not supporting. He makes fun of his employees also he doesn't know SAP much. Very less member and client is more. Work pressure is much more thanexpected. 1. work life balance is not good 2. Tremendous work pressure, even they expect you to work on Sunday 3.
