There is nothing to like in this training institute. This is a fake training institute who bring in small projects through freelance. They exploit clients and employees. They hire employees with fake promises and exploit them as soon as they join. There is only one project manager in the entire institute who handles 2,3 micro projects and a total if 15-20 employees. This manager is extremely rude and highly unprofessional. He misbehaves with his subordinates, very unprofessional and unethical in behaviour. He exploits sexually with female employees. HR is his puppet. This institute is not safe for women employees and this company should be quickly reported and banned. Legal action should be taken agains this company soon....Read More

No, work life balance is terrible. Project manager is very rude and unprofessional towards his employees. Work culture is not upto the mark. Dislikes
Work for 10-11 hrs, sometimes more but need to fill time sheet for 8 hrs. Saturday working depends on client, but no extra incentive, no bonus. At salary date they remember the dues pending from PwC and hold employees salary. No proper communication between Infocus & PwC management, for that reason employee have to suffer.
