I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The company culture is really good, the people working there are really friendly, you can directly interact with the management who would actually listen to you.

There is nothing to be liked about this company, Though the company is only 5 years old but has 20-year-old work culture and ethics. Not at all recommended for freshers.

Had a very bad experience as a fresher. No work ethics. The operation Managers attitude is going to take down this company. Please don't join this company if you need growth. Fake promises are made. During my period almost all managers resigned due to work pressure and bad handling. Strict punch in and punch out.

Best thing about organisation is people over here are supportive. Knowledge sharing sessions is the best intiavative taken by organization. As a GET I got an opportunity and exposure to various international projects as well as domestic projects. My Skills were enhanced.
