The work life balance is good as I was doing work from. You will not enhance any skill except for U.S healthcare. The work pressure will be high because your dealing with health care. Fresher salary is very very less and increment is totally based on work which is good but the increment process is very tough like very less holiday should be taken monthly, target should be 100%, monthly assessment test. Some user's feel that compensation (salary, bonuses, benefits) is not competitive enough compared to industry standards or doesn't match the amount of work expected. Also, many supervisors are unable to avail their entitled leaves due to the demanding nature of their work responsibilities. As a result, they are losing out on their accumulated leaves and are also not receiving compensation in the form of overtime for their extra workload. I would like to suggest that we work closely with the payroll department to address this issue and find a solution that is fair to all parties involved. As per company policy, supervisors are allowed to carry forward a maximum of 60 unused leaves to the following year. Any leaves in excess of this limit will unfortunately lapse.
