There is a lot of open partiality in the company. Decisions are biased many a times, the old employees who are too dear to the bosses can do almost anything beyond the company rules and regulations (can be bossy over the other employees as well)

There is no incentive plan for the sales team. They just complaing every now and then about poor performance. No matter how good you perform, their expectations are unrealistically high and they are a group of hypocrites. The team leader is totally unskilled and a feels like they are the boss's spy, instead of a leader. The manager was sort of good as compared to others. HR was cooperative.

Initially I thought it's a good company, but later on found out it's not how I expected. Very rude people. Also, employees don't get approved for their leaves dispite of leave balance in their account. Never understand that even if you're on sick leave, they'll definitely cut your single-day pay or even double-day pay if they want.
