Plus the work exposure I am getting here is good and is helping me improve my core. It is a place where you can learn so many things at such a first pace which no other company offers. I started as a Frontend developer and within 2-3 months was doing backend also. A great place to learn so many technologies at a fast pace. I am part of a team of high performers where learning is happening in stealth mode. The team goes out of the way to support anyone who want to learn and grow.

I think nothing as such. All you need is a willingness to learn and perform.
