It's a manger driven company not a policy driven. All the hikes, bonus everything will be given to the people who are having good rapo with manager but not the hard working people. Politics are more. No job security because of less projects. No bench concept , either you should work in a project or should serve notice period. The worst thing they will ask the freshers to give good feedback in social media and public domains, so you can understand what kind of organisation is. Its become mini cognizant, all employees from cognizant jumping to invite and same cts policies are following, their mindset will never change, TN influence will more across company. They will not give chance to grow for other states people.

Senior Leadership they done know what they speak, they don't know how they behave, they are happy until lowest expenses are running the process. First time in my entire career I heard Layoff, just because of organization expenses. The people who mess with me will face more drastic situation in their life, for than what they have done. I had my channels and they gave me the news as managers also went through layoff later on in their life and faced their karma. Some projects are Good. But some projects don't have proper managers / AVPs. They speak harshly and due to these employees will loose their interest and few employees left also. Sometimes They will assign into a project which is already existing one (very big project) which is takes time to understand about the project (some days or weeks). But no proper help will be there. We ourselves should understand which is really difficult even for experienced employees also. Bad thing is 2 months bench period is the notice period. In that period there is a chance to get into new projects provided with interview. If in the interview you answer maximum questions then only they will hire you in that project. Else no....Read More
