Work-life balance Not alot of politics like in other organisation since most employees report to client manager. Leave policies are flexible.

Dislikes

No proper communication with in different departments. In outsourcing client says to ask about leave and other policies to parent but parent company says follow client policies. There is fundamental communication gap.

More than likes there are dislikes for my project it was a nightmare for me From the day 3 they targeted me and comparing the person who is having experience of testing in SAP fico with 13 years with me which I am not knowledge on fico. And discouraging me everytime with that pressure I put resignation. And now I am preparing for interviews but not getting any calls which distress me more

If you have already worked in product based companies, for whatever reason never join this company. It will be damn difficult to sync. Even after getting excellent performance rating for 2 years, you won't get any hike or promotion. As usual micro management which is common in these companies. You can enhance your skills only if you get chance to work in projects from large US based enterprises.

This company follows an unethical hiring and firing process. They rush to hire resources , making false promises about job security and long term growth. However after a short period, they suddenly ask emp to resign without valid justification. The management lacks professionalism and accountability , making the work environment highly unstable.

Its become mini cognizant, all employees from cognizant jumping to invite and same cts policies are following, their mindset will never change, TN influence will more across company. They will not give chance to grow for other states people.

Infinite computer solution is good .but client iron mountain is worst. Client name is anil zampa he dont have much knowledge on front end angular. he do lot of micro managment.which is pathetic. Dont join iron mountain projects.

Client project from Iron mountain is worst. Client name Anil zampa he is worst fellow and dump. He is working in HITL project and IDP project. He do lot of micro management everytime. He will inform to his superiors if candidate misses one day work. That superior person listen to his words which is pathetic.
