Nothing. It's purely based on the team whom you are working for. BUT mostly, for freshers it can be beneficial. After 1+ years, it's really a waste of time to sit in Infinite and waste your time. I'm also just trying to develop skills and waiting for the right opportunity to move away from this toxic company and work culture.

Not even a 10% I will say good things about Infinite. I have experienced the worst phase in my beginning of my career in Infinite. Currently, I have analysed my long term goals and working towards that. Once, I upskill I'll definitely switch rather than staying in this toxic company.

The work life balance depends on your seniority and the junior engineers have always been targeted and pressurised by the project delivery manager and work life balance is a myth in healthcare domain. More than likes there are dislikes for my project it was a nightmare for me From the day 3 they targeted me and comparing the person who is having experience of testing in SAP fico with 13 years with me which I am not knowledge on fico. And discouraging me everytime with that pressure I put resignation. And now I am preparing for interviews but not getting any calls which distress me more

If you have already worked in product based companies, for whatever reason never join this company. It will be damn difficult to sync. Even after getting excellent performance rating for 2 years, you won't get any hike or promotion. As usual micro management which is common in these companies. You can enhance your skills only if you get chance to work in projects from large US based enterprises.

This company follows an unethical hiring and firing process. They rush to hire resources , making false promises about job security and long term growth. However after a short period, they suddenly ask emp to resign without valid justification. The management lacks professionalism and accountability , making the work environment highly unstable.

Its become mini cognizant, all employees from cognizant jumping to invite and same cts policies are following, their mindset will never change, TN influence will more across company. They will not give chance to grow for other states people.
