They have vision & dental reimbursement for 10000 every year & also Internet reimbursement of 1200 every month which is really good. They give good compensation for laterals while joining

job security is less as there is too much politics & inclination towards people who speak certain non local language. Company growth is very slow, so appraisal are purely dependent on company performance Managers do not value inidividual contributors & are always focused on uplifitng their favorite employees irrespective of their performance No work from home options which is quite sad
