Here incentive scheme is very low as compared to other marketing as well as banks / companies functioning in same field, work pressure is much and technical , training to concern employees is not given by any professional or training programmer, one has to learn in daily working activities by himself. HR services , IT services are poor (on joining employee who is on resign need to set up everything, else no one takes interest in proper handover of computer, other necessary formalities) reliving , joining formalities one have to do with existing employees help, no guidance of any sort is given, Appraisal and other necessary requirements for healthy work life balance with overall employee development is very low. No product description before joining is given on any low to senior most post.
