Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

Every senior members above BM level are disgusting and they do not have a personal life. They are worst than Covid. Special mention to Mr. Anirban Mazumder and Akib Ahmed from Northeast.
