It gave me opportunity to work on bank payroll first time. So, I think it is a best option to start career in banking industry with Indusind Bank.

Dislikes

There was only night shift ( from 5 pm to 2 am) for gents staff. and sometime I have to work more than it. Canteen/Cafeteria facility is worst there.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
