I hope I could give zero. There is nothing to like apart from bank FD rates because it is competitive than other bank and because of that you will find 70% are senior citizens customer and they will not invest any money apart from FD. Anyway coming to the next part. Work life balance is hell here please take proper feedback from friends or colleagues about BM or CH before joining or else it is going to be a nightmare in your life and trust me you will regret like anything after joing and even after leaving the company they will hold your salary for 60 days and mention that it is company policy. Every senior members above BM level are disgusting and they do not have a personal life. They are worst than Covid. Special mention to Mr. Anirban Mazumder and Akib Ahmed from Northeast. These two are like infectious parasites that eats your from within. They want to destroy mental balances of employees. May God never give them their soul peace. They should rott in hell.........
