If you are a sales & marketing person then only go for it. Or else they will just extremely pressurise you. Management is too bad. People are selfish and don't care to help a new member. Judge and label you on just 5-10 days and manipulate and taunt to the fullest. There's no respect for employees. Difficult to survive under such Manager and Deputy Branch Manager.

Dislikes

I disliked the management. The Manager and Deputy Branch Manager who keeps screaming on everything like an illiterate person. No respect. No helping hand.

Very bad. Within 5-6 days my Deputy Branch Manager started to taunt me with discouragement towards work and yelling at me and letting me down always. Even local trains were not available she forced me to anyhow visit the branch as it be 2-2 hours distance

It's just my opinion that I did not enjoy working there as in my branch I was the only ASDM and handling everything related operations like NEFT RTGS maintaining registers even for couriers then locker handling queries passbook printing etc etc and even they were expecting sales like Insurance account opening which I think was too much for the package offered by them....it depends on bosses as well in my case I was may b not lucky enough.. so I left that job in 6 months......Read More
