Mostly everything: 1) Senior Management with reckless decisions, no insights, ignorance to red flags, Biased culture, Blind and Deaf to common feedbacks and going extreme to defend the close one's. 2) Zero Work Life Balance - Paid Best Employer awards, Toxic Culture, Creative in designing Impractical Situations to weaken the strength of employees. 3) No Clarity on Roles and Changes in KRA/Roles/Verticals frequently creating confusion, dis balance, mis appropriation and management. 4) False Commitments & Growth Can write an Essay Here.... I have a good opinion about the job culture of IndusInd bank, it has a robust management team. They are very helpful and supportive, operation and sales team has a good coordination, which in turn makes it very smooth to work without stress.

Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

Every senior members above BM level are disgusting and they do not have a personal life. They are worst than Covid. Special mention to Mr. Anirban Mazumder and Akib Ahmed from Northeast. These two are like infectious parasites that eats your from within. They want to destroy mental balances of employees. May God never give them their soul peace. They should rott in hell.........
