There is a good learning curve, I have learnt a lot about myself and improved my skill. Office spaces are good. There are many perks, goodies, excursions given by company, etc.

Politics, job is not secure, you should be a clever fox or you're out, sycophancy is a must (from what I experienced)

I felt that I wasn't the best fit for the position, which made it challenging for me to perform at my best. The manager's behavior was often rude and unprofessional, leading to a tense work environment. HR has been unresponsive to my concerns regarding my resignation and notice period.
